Philly Beats: This Weekend – A Two Day Music Festival Showcasing Philly Acts

DATE: September 22 and 23

VENUE:  World Cafe LIVE

The Philadelphia Music & Arts Festival is a non profit endeavor – founded, produced and curated by Greg Seltzer. The mission is to encourage the citizens of Philadelphia to support their local music scene. The Festival is both a testament and celebration of the exploding music scene in Philadelphia and a showcase of up and coming artists. Two Nights. Two Stages. Only Philly Bands.

In addition to music, the Festival will highlight the food, beer and arts of Philadelphia. Food trucks and local chefs will provide edibles, while all beer taps will be pouring only local craft beer. Local distilleries will handle cocktails. Local artists will display visual arts. The experience is an immersion in Philadelphia culture.

Philly local acts like Kississippi, Cheerleader, Chris Kasper and Strand of Oaks will be performing over two days/nights on two stages at the World Cafe Live.

Come on out and support the excellent music and enjoy some Philly eats and beer!
